Understanding service levels
A service level is the response time target for the storage group. The service level enables you set the storage system with the required response time target for the storage group.
Service level compliance
Each service level and workload type has a response band that is associated with it. When a storage group (workload) is said to be compliant, it means that it is operating within the associated response time band.
